I got my Spartan hydration packs as I was about to go for a trail run. "Perfect timing !" I thought to myself.
It was already 80 degrees when I arrived to the Echo Mountain trail head. It was going to be 99 by 1:00 PM.
When I reached the the peak of Echo Mountain. I sat down to take a break. The heat was causing me to loose more sweat than usual. As soon as I got up my carves started cramping. I had forgotten to take the hydration pills! I immediately took two with some water. After a couple of minutes of rubbing my calves and taking one more pill. My cramps subsided.
I was able to make it two Inspiration Point an hour later. No cramps!!!
I'm sold on this product. I highly recommend this for a cure for cramps and keeping hydrated.

Hydration is probably the most challenging aspect for me as an athlete. What can I say, I'd rather drink coffee than water. I also don't like to stop for water when I'm working out But. I know how important it is to stay hydrated, especially on race day. I've been using these hydration tablets in training and at a few races so far and I definitely feel more energetic and hydrated when I'm done vs. times I don't use them. If staying hydrated is a challenge for you then I highly recommend these.

As someone that has always hated the taste of preworkout, this is a miracle! I like being able to swallow the pills and know that it will take its time. Super easy to swallow pills too! It feels more natural. It doesn’t upset the stomach either. I feel great and hydrated. It’s simple and works for my lifestyle!! Perfect for anyone who likes going on long runs and it keeps you feeling energized for the entire run. I’m going to buy another pack. Big thanks that these exist!!

I absolutely love this product! I always have problems staying hydrated with all of the running and workouts that I do. After I started taking these I’ve noticed a huge difference in my endurance because I’m hydrated correctly! I’m excited to see how this product helps me in my races coming up in a few weeks! I do endurance running and rucking, 5+ hours for long days, and these keep me hydrated for the entire workout. Just like the instructions say, I take 3 before the workout and 3 more 3 hours in. No cramping, ever. I love that They are pills and I don’t have to mix them with anything. I also love that they are not individually wrapped so I can take less than 3 without wasting for shorter workouts. I recommend these to everyone.

I love that these are a swallowable tablet. It makes it so much easier to get extra electrolytes in before a long workout. I have a sensitive stomach and often experience discomfort from some of the powders you mix in water but I have had no issues with these tablets. I’ve been using them for marathon training and they work great. I usually take 1-2 depending on length of my workout.
