I like having a vitamin supplement I can trust with my gut issues. All the others I have tried cause problems but Regular Girl is gentle and gives me the peace of mind I need to stay on track with my daily regimen.

Regular Girl vitamins are excellent. Not only do they supply all of the vital nutrients but they also have SunActive iron which is easily tolerated. Other iron supplements can upset the stomach. These vitamins are made well and offer a lot of health benefits!

With my IBS, I have to be careful of ingredients and HIDDEN ingredients . I am now on my third bottle of these multivitamins and I’m impressed and glad for how they treat my body.
I also noticed my sleep improved once I started them, which is weird, but there you go. Bonus!

Suffering from diverticulitis and ordered the fiber, multivitamin and restore. The fiber has helped so much with constipation and the supplements are easy to take and dont upset my stomach. The customer service is great, it came within a couple of days of my order.
