This product is absolutely phenomenal. I used to have an extremely difficult time staying focused at work as well as staying motivated through my workouts but when I take spartan focus the difference is like night and day! I usually take two in the mooring and two in the afternoon. The energy is a subtle and calming not like when I drink coffee which gives me jitters and keeps me up at night. Over all I would recommend this product to all my friends 10/10 thank you spartan for such a great product.

The thing I like about this product is it gives you hours of energy and focus without the terrible crash and jitters that other energy boosters give you. This stuff is amazing and I absolutely love it!

Definitely feel the difference. I feel more alert without the added sugar from drinking my usually coffee with creamer. I am also sensitive to caffeine and I don’t feel any jitters like I would from an energy drink or pre workout.

As a part of trying the Spartan nutrition line up, I tried the focus pills as a daily day starter when getting in to work.
I split on in the morning and one after lunch. Seemed to have a solid effect of staving off the afternoon slump and helping me stay energized through my work day.
Just enough caffeine to give you a small boost with out the jitters or a crash.

did some research on the companies supplying the ingredients and saw no red flags - sounds like this is made of the purest ingredients available and I like that it does not have unnecessary junk in it. I feel like I have been more productive after taking one, have not tried taking two at once before.

I use this and there is another one called energy. It’s helped me limit my coffee and keeps me focused during the day. Definitely one of the better quality sups on the market. I would love to see one for sleep.
